UI Visiting Professor Program has been open until 31st March 2026. 

This program invites distinguished professors preferably from QS/THE WUR Top 200 universities and/or UI's partner institution with a Scopus h-index ≥ 50 for STEM, or h-index ≥ 25 for Social Sciences & Management and Arts & Humanities, or editor top tier journal, or fellow organization profession, or member national academy to conduct academic activities at UI, including guest lectures, seminars, workshops, and research collaboration discussions.

The Visiting Professor Program will take place from 1st February to 30th June 2026, with one week on-site visit at UI. Funding is allocated solely for on-site activities, including:

• Round-trip economy class airfare tickets (at cost) with a maximum amount in accordance with the Universitas Indonesia Fee Standards.

• Accommodation for 6 nights (at cost with a maximum of IDR 1,500,000 per night).

• Honorarium for 5 working days is IDR 25,000,000. (Honorarium can only be paid for teaching activities and workshops/seminars, with a maximum of IDR 5,000,000 per day.)

**All listed funding is subject to tax and bank administrative fees.

Prospective Visiting Professors are kindly requested to submit the following documents by 31st March 2026:

1. CV (Curriculum Vitae) or resume (free format) that includes a link to Scopus h-index profile.
2. 5-day Activity Plan outlining proposed lectures, seminars, workshops, or collaborative research initiatives, including the tentative dates.
3. Letter of Support from a UI Counterpart (required for the application to be reviewed).
4. Supporting document if you are an editor top tier journal, or fellow organization profession, or member national academy (if applicable).
